My name is Luis Perez and I am an independent financial consultant and interim CFO with a proven track record in corporate finance. I am industry-agnostic, but in the past I have worked mostly in the tech, banking and consumer sectors.
I built an AI-powered tenant screening startup called Properize, which quickly captured a significant market share and was ultimately sold in 2024 to Pararius, the leading rental platform in the Netherlands.
Away from work, I am passionate about tinkering with computers (coding in Python, exploring HuggingFace, modding, homelab stuff, etc.), carpentry and playing tennis.
